These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you") and Optimizing Group LLC, a [your state] limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). They govern your use of the TrueHealth Age mobile app on iOS and Android (the "App"), the website truehealthage.com (the "Site"), the TrueHealth Protocols email newsletter, and any related services (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, downloading the App, or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services are educational, not medical

Read this carefully. TrueHealth Age provides general wellness, lifestyle, and educational content. It is not:

A medical device.
A diagnostic tool.
A substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
A replacement for the relationship between you and your qualified healthcare provider.

The "True Health Age" score, weekly protocols, supplement and therapy education, and any other content in the Services are for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any diet, exercise, supplement, medication, peptide, device, or treatment plan.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. Do not delay seeking medical care because of something you read in the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials secure. You must notify us promptly at security@optimizinggroup.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, abused the Services, or engaged in fraud.

4. License to use the Services

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. We retain all other rights.

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code, models, or proprietary algorithms.
Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the Services.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Services content.
Use the Services to provide medical advice or services to others.
Use the Services to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Services.

5. Your content

Anything you submit through the Services — quiz answers, weekly check-in notes, share text — you own. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services. We will not sell your personal content or publish your check-in notes or quiz answers attributed to you without your permission.

6. Third-party content & services

The Services link to and integrate with third-party platforms (Supabase, Resend, Beehiiv, Cloudflare, Vercel, Apple, Google, and any others disclosed in our Privacy Policy). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

7. Supplements, therapies, and devices

Some content in the Services discusses educational categories of supplements, therapies, and devices — including vitamin D, omega-3, magnesium, creatine, collagen, biotin, ashwagandha, black cohosh, sauna, cold exposure, red light therapy, vibration platforms, TENS units, GLP-1 medications, hormone therapy, vaginal estrogen, and peptides.

All such content is educational only. We do not sell, distribute, prescribe, or recommend specific dosing, sourcing, or product brands. You assume all risk associated with starting or modifying any supplement, therapy, device, or medication, and you agree to do so only under qualified clinical supervision.

8. Newsletter and email

If you opt in to the TrueHealth Protocols newsletter, we will send you emails containing educational content and occasional promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from the footer of any email at any time. Transactional emails related to your account (welcome, weekly check-in, password reset) are sent regardless of newsletter opt-in.

9. Intellectual property

All Services content — including the "Coach K" persona, the "True Health Age" scoring methodology, the protocols, the tip library, the article archive, brand assets, logos, copy, and design — is owned by Optimizing Group LLC or licensed to us, and protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws. The names "TrueHealth Age," "TrueHealth Protocols," and "Coach K" are trademarks of Optimizing Group LLC.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT THE INFORMATION IN THE SERVICES IS COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR APPROPRIATE FOR ANY SPECIFIC HEALTH SITUATION. THE TRUE HEALTH AGE SCORE IS A LIFESTYLE-PATTERN INDICATOR, NOT A BIOLOGICAL AGE TEST.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OPTIMIZING GROUP LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (THE SERVICES ARE FREE, SO THIS IS USUALLY $0) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optimizing Group LLC from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of (i) your use or misuse of the Services, (ii) your breach of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any third-party right or applicable law.

13. Termination

You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

14. Changes

If we make a material change, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your LLC's state of formation], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [county, state].

16. Apple App Store & Google Play additional terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and Optimizing Group LLC only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Similar terms apply for Google Play.
